🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate and carrier-calculated shipping options at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

🌍 International Shipping

📫 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


❗ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Turestrl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or you believe it’s lost, please contact us immediately at info@turestrl.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.
